职位描述/要求：

Location:Beijing
Goals/Mission:Lead the team to ensure month end closing and management reporting in time and in quality;Provide expertise to OC to implement CF reporting requirement and local reporting requirement;Optimize closing & reporting process;Lead 4-8 reporting officers.
Tasks:Perform month end closing of 1-3 Operating Company according to closing schedule;Deliver management reporting package including actual, forecast, ADSTAR, SiTax, Data Synchrony;Supervise team members to ensure closing & reporting is conducted in time and in quality;Supervise the implementation of change of CF reporting guidelines;Conduct training courses to internal/ external party;Perform accounting SoA testing.
Knowledge/Languages:Professional knowledge in general accounting and finance;IFRS consolidation & reporting, PRC consolidation & reporting, Tax Accounting;SoA control;IT application of accounting & reporting;MS-office;English;Siemens Financial Reporting Guideline/ Implementation Guideline;Training, leadership;project management;Presentation skills;Communication skill.
Experience:5-8 years KAR experiences;Audit experience is a plus;Spiridon, Esprit experience is must;SoA working experience is a plus;Intercultural is preferred.
